I rarely write reviews, but Mustafah deserves a five-star rating from me. Anyone who has a PC knows how frustrating it can be when a feature or function becomes unresponsive. Mustafah was able to quickly diagnose the issue and reboot my PC, which was previously not starting. Overall, Mustafah was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Although there was a slight scheduling delay, which wasn’t much of a problem for me, given that things sometimes happen, such as a late delivery of parts.
